Cooking time: 5 – 10 minutes



  • 1 cup of oats pulsed into oat flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • A quarter cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A sprinkle of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder (if desired)


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse so that it becomes batter like. If the batter is too thick add some more almond milk and pulse again
  • Then add to a pan with warmed coconut oil, and cook up as many as you like!
  • Top with whatever you enjoy. I topped mine with golden syrup, poppy seeds and blueberries
